WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO MUCH LOWER THAN OTHER STORES?
We import directly and run an online-only business which allows us keep our costs low and pass the savings on to our customers.
HOW DO YOU HAVE BOTTLES IN STOCK THAT I CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE?
We specialise in Japanese and rare whisky, therefore we devote our time and energy to providing our customers with rare and discontinued bottles.

THE BOTTLE I WANT IS "SOLD OUT"... CAN I PLACE A PRE-ORDER?
Yes. If a bottle is visible in our store but labelled "SOLD OUT", it means new stock is on the way! If you wish to place a pre-order and avoid missing out, please contact us and we will facilitate this for you.
CAN I PREVIEW MY ORDER BEFORE I PURCHASE?
Yes you can. You can visit the Shopping Cart any stage during your browsing of our website. In the shopping cart you will find all the products that you have added. From there you can simply and easily proceed to the checkout or edit your order and continue.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE QUANTITY?
There is no minimum purchase. You are free to purchase a single bottle. If you are a business customer or wish to make a larger order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a quote and can provide invoices with 14 day payment terms.
IS THERE A MAXIMUM PURCHASE QUANTITY?
We can facilitate purchase quantities up to 48 bottles in a single order. If you require an order larger than this amount, please contact us and we will happily help you out. We also offer wholesale rates for bulk orders.
I DON'T HAVE PAYPAL, CAN I STILL SHOP ON YOUR SITE?
You certainly can! At checkout there is an option to pay via credit card. If you prefer to pay via Bank Transfer (EFT) please contact us and we will provide you with our account details.
FREIGHT AND DELIVERIES
We now ship worldwide (subject to each country's laws regarding the import of alcoholic beverages).
Delivery within Australia:
For orders under a total of $300, freight is a flat rate of $15.
For orders over a total of $300, freight is free. This will be automatically calculated at checkout.
The majority of our deliveries are performed by Couriers Please using the 'sendle.com' platform.
We currently charge a flat rate of AUD$75 for international orders, regardless of the number of bottles.
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
If you are not home when Couriers Please attempts to deliver your parcel/s the courier will leave a calling card to notify you.
Upon confirmation your order has been sent, you will receive a link for the tracking of your delivery.
Can I send someone a bottle as a gift?
Yes! A Japanese or rare whisky is the perfect way to surprise someone special. Please contact us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your individual circumstances.
Can I pick up from your store?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we are an online only store.
We do not offer pickup, however orders over $300 include free Australia wide delivery.
I think I should have received my order by now.
Please contact us and we will check the status of your order with Couriers Please.
The most common issue is that you weren't home at the time of delivery and have not located the card left.
I have received the wrong product.
Firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem with a minimum of fuss.
The whisky I have received is damaged.
If a package is damaged - DO NOT accept the delivery and we will send a new bottle.
If you do happen to receive a damaged bottle, please contact us and we will take every step to resolve the problem.
I want to return the whisky that I ordered.
We have a 30 day “change of mind” return policy. If you are not satisified with the whisky you ordered contact us as soon as possible to organise a return. There are a few important points to note about returning a “change of mind” order:
Please make sure both the box (where applicable) and bottle are in the same condition as when you recieved them.
Shipping glass bottles is a delicate excercise. Please take extra precaution when packing the returned bottles to ensure they arrive safely. The sender assumes the risk of breakages during transit.
Return freight is at your own cost.
Refunds are issued once the return is recieved and inspected.
For a “change of mind” return, the refunded amount will be the bottle costs less the initial shipping cost.
Refunds can take up to 14 days, although usually they are paid quicker.
